To Iron and to Sew

This week for lab hours, I ironed. Although it sounds a little bit "too" boring for others, I wholeheartedly enjoyed it. In fact, it's one of the house chores that I truly like doing. I ironed the apron that Seta made for LeGrand, making the straps flat and crisp. I also pressed Adam Call's grey slacks because it had been hanged for too long and it looked really bad again.

Speaking of the grey slacks, I finally was able to finish hemming it. (Hurrah!) I used the magic fabric/tape that Sister Dooley told me to use, allowing me to finish hemming quickly. I asked Ingrid and Seta to tell Adam to try the pants that night during rehearsals and they told me that they fit him perfectly.

Christina and I also went to the costume closet to look for other shirts that Kevin can wear. We found several other button-down shirts that looked really 80's and decided that the colors will look good on his character.

We also reviewed the costume list that we have on the wall and found out that Travis' list was incomplete. We then decided to re-do his costume list and labeled all the clothes he will be wearing for each scene.
