Blair Waldorf is the only child of a fashion designer. She lives with her mother and maid who basically raised her. She's an arrogant, driven, sophisticated character who wants to become a successful, powerful women. While she sounds pretty horrible, she does have her moments and can be pretty funny. Deep down she is actually a caring person (at least to a chosen few). In the beginning of the series, she spent a lot of time at school where she wore a uniform, always accessorized with a headband. Known as "Queen B", this headband was her signature and basically her crown. After graduating, she moved into the world of college and began to dress more business-like. She ditched the headbands and wore a lot of pencil skirts, blouses, and dresses, always paired with jewelry, a nice handbag and probably a weird hat. She also wears a lot of heels. Blair never wears anything twice! One of my favorite outfits she wears is her burgundy peplum dress (pictured left). Strangely enough, she's actually a fairly modest character. Her skirts and dresses are almost always to the knee. She does wear sleeveless clothing a lot, but her party/social event dresses are always long and very classy. You can definitely tell she cares a lot about what her appearance says about her. She's a mature lady who wants to be taken seriously (even if her actions aren't always as good at representing that).
Now, back to Netflix ^_^'

If he doesn't actually design clothes to be made a more appropriate title for Mr Daman's position may be Wardrobe Stylist. Patricia Field does the same thing for the show Sex and the City. She never designs anything specifically for the show but rather collects pieces from designers.
